- Take the Dried Cement Out and Give Finishing Touches
After the cement has completely dried, open the container by cutting it open using a pair of scissors or a knife, and take the bottle off the cement mold. Covering the bottle with oil makes it easier to take off after the cement mold has dried. To smoothen the cement mold, use a sandpaper and rub it on the edges and any uneven parts. After you are satisfied with the shape, you can start decorating.
