b. Semen Merah Putih Ultramix-P

This Portland cement adheres to the SNI 2049-1:2020 Type-III. Semen Merah Putih Ultramix-P is designed for constructions that require high early strength and is suitable for producing high-strength concrete in the precast industry. 

This cement enhances productivity in prestressed concrete, precast, and other cement-based industries that need high early strength development.

c. Semen Merah Putih Ultramix-A

This Portland Cement is designed for industries that require fast setting times. Produced according to SNI 2049-1:2020 Type-I, this type of cement improves productivity in the lightweight block industry (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete).

d. Semen Merah Putih Ultramix-F

This Portland Cement is ideal for cement-based industries requiring a certain level of fineness to enhance production efficiency, such as corrugated asbestos roofing, fiber cement boards, and silicate boards. Semen Merah Putih Ultramix-F is produced according to SNI 2049-1:2020 Type-I.

2. Type 2 Portland Cement

The product included in Type 2 Portland Cement is Semen Merah Putih Ultramix-II. This cement is designed to provide moderate sulfate resistance, making it suitable for construction projects like breakwaters, harbors, and jetties. Semen Merah Putih Ultramix-II is produced according to SNI 2049-1:2020 Type-II.

3. Portland Composite Cement

Portland Composite Cement includes a type called Semen Merah Putih Supermix, produced according to SNI 7046:2022. It is suitable for general construction that does not require specific conditions, such as sulfate resistance or low heat of hydration. 

Additionally, Supermix's rheological characteristics are designed to facilitate easy pouring, resulting in optimal concrete density and compressive strength development. This cement is ideal for the ready-mix concrete industry, precast (u-ditch, concrete pipes, paving blocks, CLC, etc.), and mortar.

4. Hydraulic Cement

Hydraulic Cement is divided into two product types: Semen Merah Putih Flexiplus and Semen Merah Putih Primaplus. Below are the explanations for both products:

a. Semen Merah Putih Flexiplus

This Hydraulic Cement is produced according to SNI 8912:2020 and comes in three options: GU, MS, and HE. Semen Merah Putih Flexiplus offers flexibility in its use, tailored to different applications. 

Type GU is suitable for general construction that does not require special conditions, like building bridges, roads, buildings, and other infrastructure. Type MS is used in applications that need moderate sulfate resistance, such as harbor construction, breakwaters, and jetties. 

Type HE is used for applications requiring high early compressive strength, such as producing high-strength concrete in the precast industry, including piles, girders, and other products using both spun and non-spun processes.

b. Semen Merah Putih Primaplus

This Hydraulic Cement is produced according to SNI 8912:2020 and includes Portland cement clinker and GGBFS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag). 

This combination is designed to improve durability against sulfate attacks and reduce the heat of hydration. It comes in two types, GU and MS, which have the same applications as the options in Semen Merah Putih Flexiplus.

5. Portland Slag Cement

The products included in Portland Slag Cement are Semen Merah Putih Durapro and Semen Merah Putih Ecopro. The explanations for both are as follows:

a. Semen Merah Putih Durapro

Produced according to SNI 8363:2017, this Portland Slag Cement is designed to provide moderate sulfate resistance. Semen Merah Putih Durapro is suitable for foundations in sulfate-containing soil and concrete exposed to seawater. It is also ideal for constructing industrial facilities exposed to sulfate environments.

b. Semen Merah Putih Ecopro

This Portland Slag Cement is an eco-friendly product with low carbon dioxide emissions and excellent resistance to sulfate attacks and carbonation in concrete. Produced according to SNI 8363:2017, this cement is designed to provide sulfate resistance and low heat of hydration. 

Semen Merah Putih Ecopro ensures low hydration heat, making it ideal for building structures exposed to sulfate environments and mass concrete production, such as dams, raft foundations, and more. 

Using Semen Merah Putih Ecopro also reduces the risk of carbonation in concrete. The low heat of hydration helps minimize stress caused by temperature accumulation during the hydration process in large-volume concrete.
